What is the difference between L.E.A.N. Essentials and L.E.A.N. Start?
L.E.A.N. Essentials is just that, all of the essential information you need to get your family started living a L.E.A.N. lifestyle.
L.E.A.N. Start is more comprehensive, it's is packed with tips and ideas, Q&A sessions, and best of all, lots of peer support!
How much?
My current classes at Imagination Avenue are $25 for the Essentials class and $60 for the L.E.A.N. start class. L.E.A.N. Expectations is $25 per course or $60 for all 3 in the series. These fees include all course materials and also healthy snacks in each class.
Do you offer a discount for both parents to attend?
Yes. Space permitting, the second parent may attend for FREE! Just let me know when you register.
Can I bring my child with me?
The class is designed for parents, however, if you feel your older child(age 10+) may benefit from hearing the material directly from the instructor than he/she may coming along for no additional charge space permitting. Please do not bring small children. Only 1 child per family permitted. If you would like more than one child to attend, please contact me to schedule a private family session.
When is L.E.A.N. Expectations (prenatal/nursing moms) going to start?
