My name is Monica Arnett and I have been a Dr. Sears Certified L.E.A.N. Coach since September 2009.  I graduated from Arizona State University in 2002 with a degree in Exercise Science/Physical Education.  I have 2 wonderful children and a wonderful husband too for that matter.  I started really caring about my family's health when my daughter was born because, of course, we all want the best for our children.  I am so excited to be able to offer these programs to you.  As a mom and a small business owner I understand how tough it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle with work, school, kids, and just life in general.  I hope I can offer you some insight, education, and the tools to help you make the transition to living a L.E.A.N.
